Disney on Broadway offers our customers the opportunity to buy discounted tickets – OR – other promotions when customers sign-up to receive communications from us via email or text message (collectively, “Offers”). When a customer signs up for one of these Offers, we typically ask the customer to provide their email address and/or telephone number. We may also collect your name, mailing address, or other information about you as described in our privacy policy. Because we collect personal information when we provide the Offers, this may be interpreted as a “Financial Incentive” under California law. The value of the personal information that we collect is reasonably related to the expenses related to offering you the Offers. You may withdraw from participating at any time by texting the keyword “STOP” to 90824 and you will no longer receive promotional text messaging.
